Competitive Team

Dancers on the NSD Competitive Team have been chosen through an audition process.  Dancers ages 5 and over are eligible to audition.

Why choose dance?

Studies have shown that dance improves focus and concentration.  It builds confidence and self esteem.  Dancers learn time management skills as well as responsibility and the sense of being part of a team. Dancers have a wonderful sense of musicality.  Dance is social.  Dance is disciplined.  Dance is fitness.  Dance is Art.
